I have a Canadian version, I've just found the us/eu download site has an updated firmware that is later than what is being offered.
I downloaded this manually and it seems to be running ok so far.
The version is 1.0.13 Build 20230907 rel.67739(4341), Archer AX50 v1.0

I have archer ax6000 V2. I have been experiencing delayed browsing, slow websites loading, websites loading stuck, etc. When I disable Homecare, everything works superb. When it is enabled, I experience the following mentioned symptoms.
The only reason I bought archer ax 6000 was parental control and safety. May I know what is going on ?
Regards
Dr Shaz

Hello TP link hotline,
on my Archer C2300 EU v2 does not work the parental control with latest FW 1.1.3 Build 20230906 rel.41773
I use PPPoE connection to my ISP. What the parental control does now is, that when a device reach the limit, router disables the internet for every device. I downgraded the FW to previous version 1.1.2 Build 20230830 rel.49042(4555), and parental control does not work, it behaves like it ignores the limit set in parental control. I did the factory restore.
Last time the parental control worked on my router was when I used the Static IP connection to previous internet provider (ISP). Since we moved to different flat, used PPPoE connection, the parental control does not work - on FW 1.1.3 it stops internet for every device, on FW 1.1.2 it ignores the parental control at all and every device has unlimited internet even the parental control is set.
Thank you.

I just had massive update by tether and router Software update.
Caused parental controls not to work.
I ended up having to delete profiles and then re add a new profile add that profiles devices amd set up new rules fpr that profile. All seems to have worked so far.
I've had similar with my 13yr old
if your child device has a vpn on it and active the parental controls won't work.
I've had to add in the block website page vpn dot com ect so it covers all vpn websites so they can't then access those sites to download or use them to start a vpn.
Also if you child has access to wired and wireless access you have to add each devices wired and wireless ip/mac to their profile as if one ip isn't added to their profile and they connect via the way its not added to the profile it won't block it.
And if their mobile device has mobile data they can hotspot but depending on the way they are hotspotting it will eat into their mobile data.
Even though my son doesn't have 13 devices it shows on his profile that he does as by the time I add a xbox PlayStation pc laptop ect they nearly all have 2 ip/mac address for all his devices
Hope this may help

Thank you for your response
In the Access control I have set a White list of all the equipment in my house
Then in the IP/MAC binding I have bind a MAC adress with an IP
In the Homecare I delete the profil and create a new one with the time restriction and with the VPN dot com to block website
And I reboot the Archer X6000
I will see tomorow if it works
