Parental Control not working
The parental control stopped working recently and I can't find a fix. So I was looking for advice.
It was all working fine until recently.
My children's profiles are setup, with devices added. Then I recently noticed they were playing beyond their cut-off time that I've setup in the bedtime section. I tested with the "pause internet" option and that does nothing either. Full internet access for devices in the profile are allowed.
The only option to block a device is via the clients section, from there I have to block each device separately but this isn't a long term solution.
I've reset the router to factory defaults and reinstalled the Tether App on my phone. I've also tried it using a web browser on my PC. But the issue remains the same.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

It is correct that the parental control will not take effect when the kids devices are using VPN.
I saw your other posts on another thread regarding the Tether App crashing issue when using parental control and just replied, and also follow up via email, please have a check.

Hi sunshine, thankyou for raising the issue and I confirm I've been in contact with the support team via email,
I didn't know the parental controls wouldn't of worked if a client had a vpn on a individual device so thought it best to put it out there as ive seen others out there saying some of their devices wasn't being blocked so as my child had managed to figure out how to beat the parental controls that mightve been the case with someone else's issues.
