All Deco DSLs incompatible with Zscaler
I've managed to prove that the Deco X73 DSL doesn't work with Zscaler, which is a serious problem given that many companies use Zscaler.
As soon as you put it into AP mode, and use the ISP modem for DSL access, everything is fine.
I see the same problem mentioned here with the X20 DSL and the X50 DSL, but no response from TP-Link. I'm waiting for support to come back to me, but my concern is that this issue seems to go back years. Has anyone been able to find a solution to this?

Hello,
I have the same issue but with Déco X50. Is there a beta version of the firmware to fix this issue?
Thank you

Hi David, I've updated to v1.3.1 on my x50 and had my IT team update zscaler to version 4 on my work laptop but still no luck.

I'm having the same issue with Zscaler on my worklaptop ever since I switched to an ISP that uses Deco's as the primary modem/router. The Deco's are X50's running firmware version 2.0.6 Build 20230928 Rel.882. My companies zscaler client on my laptop is currently 3.x so I am in the process of getting it updated to 4.x, but from some other people here it seems like that did not fix the issue. As this is the primary router that my ISP provided and I can't use another(apparently most third party routers don't have the available config options to connect directly to my ISP), please provide a fix for this ASAP.
