  @HHH_

Hi, Welcome to the community.

Do you mean the exclusive offer for Deco X50-Outdoor?

If you do not want to receive promotional messages, you could turn off Notifications under Deco APP>Settings on the top left>App Settings>Notications>Promotional Messages.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP I've always had that setting off. I still get the popup on startup anyway.

The appearance of a product ad popup in the DECO network admin app, particularly for Deco XE75 users with firmware version 1.2.6 and HomeShield subscription, could be due to various reasons. These popups might be a part of the app's regular updates or notifications, or it could be an issue related to firmware changes. It's also possible that certain settings within the app or your HomeShield subscription have triggered these ads. To address this concern, it's advisable to check the app's settings and, if necessary, contact technical support or review the app's release notes to see if this behavior is expected or if there are any user-configurable options to control ad popups.
