I bought a 3 pack router in an online shop. However, when I unboxed it, I found 2 units of the E4S type and 1 other unit of the E4R type. But this type of E4S doesn't work. What is the solution?
Hi, welcome to the community.
For E4 v3, It is the first Deco model that separates the main router unit and satellite units. So in the package, E4R(R means Router, S means Satellite) is the one that should be connected to the ISP modem.
So when you said "this type of E4S doesn't work", do you mean it can not work as a router to connect to the modem?
