Hi,

As the router is new and you probably haven't already spent a lot of time configuring everything, I suggest you perform a "Factory Restore" on it (either via the configuration GUI or by using the Reset button) and then try again right away, without changing any settings on the router.

If it still doesn't work, then test if the router might take an intermediate firmware version first. (i.e. don't go right away from the old firmware 1.1.5 of 2020 to the latest of 2023, but instead try one in between and in case that worked continue on from there)
