I have been an avid supporter of TP-Link for more than a decade and counting.
I have two enquiries:
1) is my firmware version latest (1.1.12 Build 20230526 rel.64234(5553)) ; for this AX90/AX6600 TriBand Router V1.20??
2) what are 5 recommended brand and model of External Storage device (5TB volume) to be connected to my AX90 TriBand router ?? Is Western Digital MyPassport 5TB workable with AX90 router ??

Yes, 1.1.12 Build 20230526 rel.64234(5553) is the latest firmware, you could also check the AX90 firmware on TP-Link website:
