Problem with Deco app

Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.6

I have moved from Samsung phone to iPhone. When I download the app onto iPhone it will not "see" the current network and the M4 nodes, and asks me to set up from scratch, even the network is working fine.

can anybody advise how to get the app working correctly?

Hi, did you also log into the previous email account which was used to set up Deco on iPhone?
