Firmware Version: 1.4.2 Build 200514 Rel.44792n(4555)

Hello,

 

I want to upgrade to new firmware version because of connectivity problems on my network.

 

When I download from the EU or South African TP website V2 it fails to initialize the firmware upgrade.

 

WARNING TEXT:

""""Failed to upgrade the firmware. Please check the configuration file and try again.""

 

Current version:

1.4.2 Build 200514 Rel.44792n(4555)

You can't use HW v2 FW to upgrade device with HW v1. Grab the FW file for HW v1 from here.

Make notes of your C24 configuration - after upgrading, you may lose the configuration file, re-configure it again.

Sure. HW = HardWare; FW = FirmWare
