Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello :) I'm in need of assistance with a network issue I am facing after integrating a TP-Link Archer AX10 router into my setup.

My existing network includes a MEO Fibergatewayrouter,  a PC running Windows with shared folders accessible via the network, and a miBox connected to the Fibergateway via Ethernet. Everything was functional until I added the TP-Link router to improve Wi-Fi coverage.

I configured the TP-Link router in bridge mode, connecting the Fibergateway's port 4 to the TP-Link router's WAN port. While I have successfully established internet connectivity and the TP-Link router's Wi-Fi networks (2.4GHz and 5GHz) are working seamlessly, I am encountering a significant issue.

Despite the internet connectivity, I am unable to access the shared folders on my network from any device, including the miBox and other devices like phones and laptops. If I revert to connecting the PC directly to the Fibergateway everything works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Thanks in advance :)

  @terziyski Thank you :)

I eventually solved it. I set it up as an access point (no bridge mode) and assigned the same SSIDs for the wifi and now it works fine. Thanks 👍

  @whyphy

Here's (Case 1) a guide for configuring AX10 in AP mode - this will avoid the double NAT in your network.

If you already did this configuration, make sure that file sharing and network discovery is enabled on the PC network settings - details.
