Hi everyone I've installed my ac1200 deco S4 and these are the readings.       Main room download is 0 upload is 0.   Kitchen download is 33 upload 27         bedroom download 33 upload 27          now I'm not the brain of Britain but I'm sure these are not the speeds i was told I would get from a Virgin TV engineer who connected my broadband and TV so what am i doing wrong, I've quickly discovered the help from Deco is pretty limited, shall i return the system or try something else.

These numbers tell current utilization of Deco units, not maximum speeds. On top of that, these numbers are not real time and (sometimes) incorrect. Just ignore them.

 

To test actual speeds use old good Speedtest app on your device, or similar service.
