EasyMesh capability to RE505X V1 needed
We would really need the EasyMesh capability added to RE505X (all versions, also in V1), as it is a very well supported standard of Mesh.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
It is already on the plan but the ETA of the supported firmware is still unclear.

@Diogenis Do we have any update on this? Am I alon in beginning to think that the EasyMesh upgrade plan is more ambitous than resources allow? I've been following htis community for a while now and announcements of products being upgraded via firmware to EasyMesh is pretty limiterd relative to the communicated plan.

Hi, for pre-sales recommendations, it is always suggested to choose the model that already supports EasyMesh on the current firmware.
Best regards.

Hi, @David-TP .
it is always suggested to choose the model that already supports EasyMesh on the current firmware.
But customers are interested in other models for which TP-Link is taking a long time to implement EasyMesh.
For example, the RE505X is the model the seems more suitable for my needs and, probably for @Diogenis, who created this thread, and @MarkRB.
I don't need EasyMesh right now, but I want to be assured that I purchase a device that will support EasyMesh (and specifically, with Ethernet Backhaul).
I viewed an archived version of the EasyMesh product list page from September 2022, where we can see that TP-Link had already announced that it was planned to add EasyMesh support for the RE505X (and other models).
This was more than a year and a half ago.
Why is TP-Link taking so long?

@David-TP I purchased this item based on the TP-link webpage that claims to support easymesh. Little did I know the version that would be supplied is V1. These items cost a lot of money and the support from TP-Link would be massively appreciated. Thankyou :)
