I'm planning to ceiling mount my x20 and xe75. Will I be having any issue having the hardware upside down? I'm planning to diy my own mount. it will look better on the ceiling than on my wall mount right now.

  @Zaf90 Absolutely Yes, celling mount router design to emit radio wave in cone shape, while deco emit in parallel.

But when you wall mount deco, deco perform better. Use this metric 1meter below from ceiling and 1.8meter above from floor.

 

Note: For more better position placement, use your phone and run continuous ping to deco and move your deco around room until you get lowest ping response. <3ms = best, >40ms = worse.
