Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Firmware Version: 1.2.1 build 20230626 rel 36899

I have a 1 giga fiber connection in both directions.

Before the firmware update I had on speedtest with my smartphone between 700 - 800 megabit of speed. after the update it remains stuck at 350 megabit.

I am in front of the router.

I tested the wan port, there are indeed 950 megabits of speed on arrival.

I have no other changes. anyone have an idea?

  @vinou770

Hi, may I know how did you test the WAN port speed? by connecting a computer to your ISP modem directly?

How about connecting the same computer to LAN port of the Archer AX72 now?

Besides, please check if QoS is enabled on Tether App, if so, please disable the QoS and test the router speed again.

  @Soleil Hello, indeed I tested the computer on the Wan port directly and on a theoretical connection of 1 gigabyte in both directions, I have almost 900 megabits in both directions in very constant ways.
I also tested by plugging the computer directly into one of the router's ethernet ports and that's where the problem is, there is a constant 350 megabit limit.
I have already deactivated the qos and without change on this limitation and it occurred after the update of the new firmware. I had no problem before. I'm bored I took this router to exploit my connection to the maximum and not very limited.
is it possible to revert to the old firmware?
