UB500 blue tooth problems

Firmware Version:

Installed UB500 on Windows 10 home PC that is up to date from Msoft. Is seen by my system. Opened a new laptop running windows 11 home, up to date. Desktop sees new laptop and new laptop sees desktop. Attempted to transfer some files ( word doc and pic files). Cound not transfer from or to either computer.

Tried removing UB500 and putting back in. Tried rebooting both computers. Nothing.

What am I missing?

Hi,

Could you please describe in more detail how it fails?

Which method are you using for the Bluetooth file transfer?

Does the file transfer start at all (i.e. does the receiving computer detect any activity from the sending computer) and what is the exact error message you get?

If you could post a screenshot of the situation that might be helpful as well.
