PX50 Powerline backhaul not working
The powerline backhaul isn't running on my 3 deco PX50's and there is no way to force it to run, will there be a firmware update to force this feature in future? If not I will be returning the product to Amazon. I have them on the same powerstrip for testing and they still show wifi backhaul in the app.
I am in the UK and purchased them from amazon in a 3 pack.

Thanks, I tried a bunch of those and talked to support but nothing got it working in powerline mode and am awaiting and engineer reply. Will this issue be escalated now as a number of people have posted about the same issue on these forums and they seem to be UK based also.
I'm guessing there could be others who don't even know they have the issue too as they don't think to check the connection symbols in the app.

Yes, we have reported the issues discussed here in the community to the support engineers and development team, they are analyzing why the powerline backhaul fails in some networks. I can also escalate your case to engineering if you're willing to troubleshoot this further.

@Kevin_Z Thanks. I have a case number with support chat if I could PM it to you I think they might of already forwarded it to the engineers.
I have a UK 3 pack purchased via Amazon prime a few days ago if that helps.
Also another thing I noticed is the roaming thing doesn't kick in much I've been right next to another unit in the garage when the other is in the house with poor signal and it's not moved me to the closer access point, is this something that can be altered via future firmware? I feel the app is rather limited and doesn't allow for power users to change certain parameters.

Regarding the signal source option, it's currently not supported on Deco PX50. Some of the Deco models have already supported the requested signal source selection, you may refer to this FAQ for details.
You may keep an eye on the Deco App for any newer versions of the PX50 to get more features.
