Satellite started flashing blue

Deco P9 mesh system. Has been working with no issues for months.
Now one of satellites is showing as offline on the app and light is flashing blue.
I've tried re-booting the whol system including router. changed location of the satellittes and the same unit doesn't work in different locations.
Other satellite works in all locations.

If its gone blue then its into setup mode, this could simply be that its failed to update the firmware and has reset itself. Seen it just once or twice before, not common but does happen
To fix it, in the App remove the missing Deco. The choose ADD and re-add the missing deco as you would a new device, if its blue it should appear to add fresh. However if you cant see it, you may need to reset it manually (button on bottom) then re-add
That should sort it for you

If you select the Deco you want to remove (from the show map / show list page), it will say CANT FIND THIS DECO or something like that.. top right corner is 3 dots.. in there choose REMOVE
