@klipse Thank you so much for updating and sharing the good news with the community. I'm so happy the engineer Noah has helped with a solution. We appreciate all your input and cooperation when helping with debugging and continued feedback. We cannot get this issue figured out quickly without all of your help.
@aceedburn Yes, there will be an official release soon this week. You may wait and check for the official release.
For anyone else who also fails to access the C80 via the Tether App when connecting to an outside or 4G network, or the client devices don't show up correctly on the web GUI once upgraded to the latest 1.13.1 official version, it's suggested to install the following public beta software to get it fixed.

Remote Login Failure via Tether App or Client List Stops Working after Updating 1.13.1 Build 230609 Firmware
If you don't want to install the above beta firmware, please wait for the official update, which is expected to be available later this week.

No, I didn't see a picture in your reply. I remember your C20 is hardware v2.20, so you need to install the 2nd beta firmware that I posted here.

Assuming you are using Easymesh? so did you update both routers with the new Beta firmware?
I've tried various combinations of using the Tether App via 4g/5g first, then going back to my wifi and logging in via 192.168.0.1 but can't replicate what you are finding.
My setup is working as expected now.

Ok, so different setup to mine, I'm using 2x C80's (easymesh) via ethernet backhaul.
Possilby they still looking into your issue maybe?
I've got a RE550 here which I don't use any more, I will do some tests later on and see what it does.
