Interesting set of Issues

We have Parental Controls active for our 4 Children.

Each Child has the following:

• Daily Time limits
• Offtime schedule for weekdays and weekends

The issue.
A - The devices are due to go into "Off time" from around 8:30pm every day. But when we look in the reports and insights for the kids they seem to be online between 12am and 6am. The internet is not due to be on again for them until at least 8am and their devices are not with them in their room. We have double and triple checked the devices are the ones they have and also ensured Private addressing etc is NOT enabled.

B - When their devices go online in the middle of the night (although the off time is set to not allow it) this chews up their Daily Online Time limit. So when they do get to go on their device we are forced to override the settings and allow them.

Is there something I'm missing here?
Shouldn't off time be exactly that? No internet available to those devices during that off time?
