Hello, may I know how many client devices are connected to the router? if you disconnect some of them and restart the router, will the web interface load properly?

Which FW version do you have on the router ? Last FW version was released a year ago.

Have you tried to use a different browser to open the router WebGUI ?

Or maybe using an InPrivete window to bypass the browser cookies and check if there's any difference.

That's a stable FW version for C6 v2. Have you tried to reset the router to its factory defaults"

"Press and hold reset button for more than 2 seconds to reset the router to its factory default settings".

If that doesn't help either I would say that FW upgrade procedure didn't go smoothly for some reason.

You could try to force FW update with the same FW version through the TFTP method or you can contact your local support for additional help on that.

Check this post. Sometimes introducing a network switch is necessary to execute the procedure successfully.

If that doesn't work for you either, you can always contact your local support (as I posted earlier) to be advised further.
