Hi 

After the latest update I now have an issue regarding security.

On the security section of the app. web, intrusion and Iot, revert back to disabled no matter how many times I enable them, and iv gone from seeing data to having no data.

Any help on this would be appreciated

Have you subscribed HomeShield Pro on Deco X20-DSL?

Could you please help record a video clip of web/intrusion/Iot automatically reverting back to "disabled" no matter how many times enabling these features?

Hi David thanks for replying. I have submitted the app log and added a picture of my subscription. I did make a video of what was happening but it's only letting me upload a picture but not videos.

Hi David Just thought i would give an update on the issue I'm having. They have identified the issue (did not say what it is) and to fix it they need to issue a beta firmware. This will be done asap. Thanks for your help

Hi David Thanks for the link. I have applied the beta firmware and at the moment all seems to be working as in all security features are staying enabled. Again thanks for your help
