Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.7.0.0.9.1

The 2.4 network is still failing, sometimes twice a day. As before the only way to fix it is to log into the Router turn off the 2.4 save, enable save, and log out. The network then comes back on  line.

with over 25 smart devices this is becoming a real pain.

So what's the answer.

Hi, thank you for posting on TP-Link Community.

1. When the issue happens, 2.4G Wi-Fi signal will disappear completely or 2.4G Wi-Fi is still connected but no internet access? and how about the 5G Wi-Fi?

2. Please try to change Wi-Fi channel and channel width on Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page to see if it helps

3. What is the hardware and firmware version of your Archer VR2800? please provide complete firmware version including the build numbers

  @kada33

The 5g is not affected. The details you asked for are listed in my last message above!

The Router states I have the latest Firmware.

This has been ongoing since 2021 and appears to be a World wide problem, people in Australia are having the same problem with the Archer VR2800 so I don't expect a solution any time soon.
