Model: Archer AX20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.7 Build 20230119 rel.77059(4555)

Hello,

After I installed the latest firmware version 1.3.7 Build 20230119 rel.77059(4555) the 5 GHz interface on my AX1800 router stopped working properly.

The Smart Connect feature is enabled, but all the devices are connected to 2.4 GHz (none on 5 GHz). Before the update the router was working fine: the devices were properly balanced over the 2.4 and 5 GHz interfaces (depending on their capabilities.

Could you please help me with this situation?

Thank you

Hi, could you please try disabling Smart Connect and then check if 5G Wi-Fi is still working?

If 5G Wi-Fi works when Smart Connect is disabled, you could also try enabling it again to see if the problem appears again.
