Firmware upgrade option missing

Firmware upgrade option missing
The option to upgrade firmware for the device does not appear to be apparent at all, I understand this should appear under "Advanced > System Tools >" But I don't see "firmware upgrade". Has anyone come across this before?

Clean your browser cache or use incognito/private window to open the router WebGUI - check if the "Firmware Upgrade" menu is visible:
If that doesn't work - make a configuration backup (Advanced=>System Tools=>Backup & Restore) and then reset the router to its factory defaults:
Check if the "Firmware Upgrade" menu is visible, upgrade the firmware and then restore the router's configuration from its backup.
