Hi everyone,

Upgraded PC to windows 11 and the printer controller stopped working. Tried to install everything again and it did not load the controller. When clicking the usb controller app to start it manually it keeps saying the computer should be rebooted. Rebooting the computer does not solve the problem.

I see the utility  for Archer VR900/AC1900 is not compatible with windows 11, but there are other models like the Archer C7 that have the printer controller compatible with Windows 11.

Is there any workaround to use another model controller or someone with any other ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, the USB Printer Controller Utility can be commonly used for different models, please try the new controller utility which is compatible with Windows 11 under Archer C7 support page:
