Upgrade
After upgrade to 1.7.0 Build 20230504 Rel. 63624 in my 3 deco m5, it seems I can't access the router settings from mobile app outside from the network. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi, I have seen similar feedback before and Could you please help me check the following details:
1. Can I have a picture of the error message on the Deco APP when you try to access the Deco remotely?
2. May I know who is your internet service provider?
3. Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:

I am from Dhaka Bangladesh
using Dot Internet
the router is providing internet and there is no change
but if i try to search for upgrade in app even when in same network, it says failed but in website if i search then it says no new found which is normal
also can't access with app without being on same netwoy

I have had this problem in the past and it was solved by rebooting the main deco.

@Buff-man yeah that used to work in the past
but now doesn't seem to work after upgrade
tried many times
maybe it's the ios app? I am not sure
