Hi all! I've had 3 Deco S7's since April, and so far they've been great. But as of last week, devices connect intermittently - not specific devices, all they devices in our house - and the router has to be restarted regularly to get internet access on those devices. I can't figure out what has changed. 

Is it possible that the number of devices connected to the Deco at one time has somehow been limited? The error I am getting on devices is "Failed to obtain IP address", however it is regularly solved by restarting the router. But it keeps reoccurring

Hi, welcome to the community.

How many online clients do you have?

It is suggested to refer to this link to turn off "Fast roaming" and "Beamforming" to see whether it helped:

later I would like to send you a beta firmware and follow up on your case via email.

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:

1. Can I have some pictures of the network map and signal source strength on the Deco APP, such as:

2. How often would the disconnection repeat within one day?

3. When the wifi reports "Failed to obtain IP address", if we try to forget/delete this network under WLAN settings and then connect it again, are you able to connect back to wifi without restart of Deco?
