Wi-Fi extender RE550

TPLink RE 550 AC 1900 Mesh Wi-Fi extender, we have set this up and connected to the router successfully, BUT none of our mobile phones can connect to the extender when using the same password. Please help very important and urgent, thank you

Hi,
1. what is the LED status on the RE550 now? and what is the error message when trying to connect the extender WiFi?
2. may I know how you configured the extender? via WPS, or via Web Interface/Tether App?
3. please make sure you are using the router's wireless password, If it shows incorrect password, please forget your router Wi-Fi on your phone and use the same password to reconnect to see if it works.
