Tryed add my Tapo P110 on Deco XE75. 

There are can add an smart device

Then TP-Link --- TP-link Smart Plug then chose Tapo P110 and blinking red and orange.

Join Tapo_Plug_xxxx

use network 2.4 ghz

go back to Deco to add my Deco app to searching get after wile an error

See picture is on swedish.

Have no vpn on that phone too.

I see that Tapo device in my Deco XE75 but will not adding tryed 4-5 times what doing wrong
