Hello,

I have a deco m4 setup, all devices work fine fine, including iot devices but can't connect my playstation 5. I can't connect trough wire like other people are suggesting because i don't have a wire around it, and i will not bring a 15m wire through the house to do that.

Does anyone have a solution to fix this?

Tried with the guest network on 5 or 2.4 as well, no luck.

Hi, would there be any error message when PS5 failed to connect to Deco M5?

Please refer to the following suggestions:

1. turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

2. enable guest network for 2.4ghz with no security to test whether PS5 is able to connect to an open SSID.
