Having instructions from the ISP themselves might certainly be helpful.
But apart from that, would you mind telling us how your Archer AX23 is physically connected to the broadband Internet?
Does the other end of the cable that you've plugged into the AX23's blue "WAN" port just go to a socket in the wall or does it connect to some sort of other device that also has several sockets and various LEDs?
If it's the latter, then look for a label or sticker on that device and let us know what brand name and model number is printed on it.
Also, have you've been successfully using your Internet connection already before you got the Archer AX23 or is your Internet connection brand new and untested?
