Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 202303030

I have the main deco setup in router mode and connected to various client devices via switch.

 

All of my devices were online in the app for a while but now some appear as offline although they do have internet access and work as intended.

 

The devices that disappeared don't have a static ip. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this without factory resetting anything?

Thank you for your reply.

 

I've sent the requested logs.

My connection map: The Deco is set as a router and not as an access point. router -> main deco -> switch -> POE switch -> device

Please note that I can now see the devices but it seems random since they weren't in the app in the past 3 weeks.
