Model: Archer C54
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1_1.12.0 Build 221216

I set the limiter on the wan to 10mbps full-duplex, but the internet coming out is only 1.2mbps.

if i use 10mbps half-duplex the internet comes out only 7.6mbps and the ping latency is very high.

please fix this problem, because this router cannot use bandwidth control.

Hello @Uswatun12

If the internet speed is not as good as expected, please help verify some details, then we will see how to proceed.

How much bandwidth did you pay for the internet? Is it 10mbps? What is the speed you can get if you connect a computer to the modem which is provided by your ISP? Please keep in mind that the total bandwidth you can get from the router can exceed that you can get from the ISP-provided modem.

If the speed is good as expected when connecting a computer to the ISP-provided modem, please reset the C54 to factory defaults, then reconfigure it from scratch. This time don't modify or change any advanced settings such as QoS, leave all by default. When getting online, please test the speed again.

Here are some more troubleshooting suggestions that you can try if the speed is still not good.
