Hello,
I have this router and I was wondering how many clients can it handle. I have around 15 clients connected on the 2.4ghz band. (lights, TV, smart switches), 5 clients on the 5ghz band (phones and pc) and one wired (PS5). Is this too much for the router too work with or it is going to be fine?
Hi, the recommended wireless clients are 30 for Archer VR600 V3. It should be fine for your current wireless network size.
Sometimes the smart home devices could be a 2.4ghz band killer since it might interfere with other clients on the same band, you could also consider enabling 2.4ghz guest only for smart home devices.
