Model: Archer AXE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20220429 rel.39114(4555)

I recently bought an AXE75 2.4/5/6 GHz tri-band router. I'm trying to use it as 6 GHz network with iPad Pro 2022 11 inch. But the 6 GHz network is almost impossible to be used. I connect to it, use it and then all of a sudden it completely disappears and I'm connected to 5 GHz network. The problem is I cannot see it as available even if the dashboards and the LED indicating it is switched on. If I restart the router it will usually reappear again, but for how long it's a wild guess. I tried lowering the channel width to 80 MHz, PSC channels only or not, Auto channel selection and manual one, nothing really helps. I can achieve maximum few hours of availability of the network and then it's gone again. It feels deeply frustrating to buy this router for its 6 GHz ability and not being able to use it... And being new to the TP Link routers I'm really wondering - since this is a new technology, is it normal that the last firmware update was done a complete year ago?

Hope someone can provide insight into this and thanks in advance.

Hello @Stoykata

Is the 6GHz wireless network name the same as the 2.4GHz and 5GHz on the AXE75? If not yet, please change the network names to be the same as required and suggested by Apple here first.

If this doesn't help either, we would like to have a specialist look into this further via email. Please check your mailbox, and let us know if the issue is resolved. Thank you.
