Wifi one as a master of powerline
For TL-WPA8631P-KIT:
Can I use the TL-WPA8631P as powerline master and onemesh wifi, then the TL-PA8010P connect to PC LAN port through powerline?

Yes, the WiFi powerline extender can also be used as the powerline master device and connect to the router via Ethernet cable.
By the way, may I know why you need to use it this way? Usually the powerline master device is close to the router, if both the router and the powerline master device have WiFi function, their Wi-Fi coverage will overlap a lot, thus total Wi-Fi coverage might be no improvement.

@Sunshine The Wire part and the powerline connection part are the wall. (There are 3 rooms, 1st room is the AX50 router, 2nd room that have LAN wire connected to router, 3rd room uses powerline to connect to 2nd room HomePlug. And all 3 rooms need the same SSID WiFi. So I bought two TL-WPA8631P WiFi Homeplug with OneMesh function that work with AX50 router.
