Раньше при перезагрузке мой айпи адрес менялся, но сейчас перезагружая или очищая и обновляя айпи адрес, он остаётся тем же, при том что у меня стоит динамический айпи адрес, помогло только сброс до заводских настроек, но после этого он все равно не меняет айпи

Do you mean the WAN IP address on the C6 router will always remain the same when you reboot it?
Is the WAN Connection Type Dynamic IP or PPPoE? Who is your ISP? Generally, it's your service provider who assigns the WAN IP address to the router (via the modem), and it's not determined by the router itself when or whether it needs to be changed.
BTW, why do you want to make that IP change via the reboot?
