My internet is disconnected just like that I call softba6they say the internet is fine that it will be the tp-link device that have a problem

Hi,

If the internet connection on the C50 router is not stable and your ISP is not the one to blame, go through the troubleshooting suggestions here provided by TP-Link then report back.
