Hello,

Sorry, model
XC220-G3v is not listed at "Model" field.

We have some XC220-G3v for homologation in our network, specifically to work with OLT Intelbras 8820G (Zhone MXK-198).

Unfortunately we are not able to get the provisioning right on this OLT.   Has anyone managed to provision the XC220-G3v on this OLT?

Can TP-Link support provide any guidance?

I have ticket TP20230321015315 open since 03/21, but no feedback so far.

I saw that you have some OLT Mode options in Advanced -> Network -> GPON Settings -> OLT Mode:

-Normal mode

-Mode H

- Mode Z

- Mode F

-Mode X

-Mode HH

If you have any manual about these options it would be useful too (OLT Mode).

When provisioning the XC220-G3v using the profile intelbras-142ng and collecting the status (un inventory, un status etc), the OLT returns that the ONT has an error:
GPON SN (Hexadecimal): F9E915E0
GPON SN (Decimal........): 4192802272

Every help is welcome,

Thanks advanced.

  @comp_noc

Hi, Did you get XC220-G3v from the internet service provider?

Since it is a customized model for the local internet service providers, both the user manual and firmware are not publicized on the local official websites. Usually, they are pre-configured by the internet service provider.

Thank you very much.

best regards.

Hi  @David-TP ,

We are an ISP!

Could you let me know if there is any other channel for dealings, in addition to the email suporte.br@tp-link.com?

Thank you

  @David-TP ,

I noticed the following problem:

When provisioning the ONT XC220-G3v in position 1/8/8 of the OLT 8820G, the web interface of the ONT XC220-G3v informs that the position of the ONT is 7 (instead of 8).

This also happened when I tried to provision at OLT position 64 (1/8/64), the XC220-G3v ONT web interface reported that the ONT position was 63 (instead of 64).

It seems that the ONT is always understanding an ID below the real ID on the OLT side.

  @comp_noc

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.

I am afraid you might still need to reach out to the local support.br team directly to see if any modification needs to be made.

Best regards.
