I've lost the sticker with the password (the default one), how can I recover the password ?

Do you mean the WiFi card is lost or the product label on the extender itself is lost as well?
If both of them are lost, please connect to the extender via Ethernet cable and then check or customize the wireless settings via tpPLC utility, here is the instruction:
