try to connect the powerline extender (first time) but we lost the wifi info card. So no pasword to log-in. what to do please?
Hi, please check the label on the powerline extender, usually default wireless password is printed there as well.
In addition, if you connect a computer to the powerline extender via Ethernet cable, you could also check or customize the wireless settings via tpPLC utility, here is the instruction:
