Wifi Calling not working on TP Link Deco S7

Wifi Calling worked perfectly on my old router, but does not work on S7. Same setup and same devices across the two routers.

Thanks for getting back to me.
In this way, could you please help me check the required information:
1. What is the model number of your old WiFi router?
2. Can I have the service provider of Wi-Fi calling?
3. How about the Phone model and OS? (Test with different Android and IOS phones if possible)
4. When you try to make a WiFi call, can you see Wi-Fi calling icon displaying on the top phone settings bar? Will the phone dial out with no response?
