Somehow the Deco setup SSID is stuck and doesn't seem to disappear despite multiple attempts of rebooting. Please help.

Have you ever checked the MAC address on your Deco X50? Normally, the default setup SSID would be Deco_xxxx(the last 4 characters of the MAC address).
Maybe this SSID-Deco 5FF6 does not belong to Deco X50, but another satellite Deco that hasn't been configured yet.
