VoIP not working in bridge mode

I recently changed line from ADSL to FTTC. I'm able to connect and set the modem in bridge mode and use a router.
But when I try to configure the VoIP, I checked more than 10 times the parameters are correct, I followed the tp-link's guide https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/faq/2360/ and also tried other ones that i found with the same isp+modem, it just wont connect.
Is it possible to use the VoIP in bridge mode? Is there something I'm missing that I don't know? I tried looking everywhere online but can't really find an answer.
