adsl sync problem

Archer VR400
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Version:1.5.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220321 Rel.60385n
Hi,
I have Archer VR400 v3 ADSL modem and it has a problem with the ADSL sync the led of ADSL keep always flashing and it works only when i reset the modem and reconfigure it , but when i reboot the modem it goes back flashing forever till i reset it again and reconfigure it again, i upgraded the firmware to the latest version available on tp link site which is Version:1.5.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build, but nothing changed, i tried another modem(none tp-link) with the line and it works normally
could you please help to solve this issue?
