Firmware Version:

4801 error keeps coming up when i try to change my bandwidth control on my TP-linkVR300 It said the minimum upstream rate can't be satisfied. please input another one. I have tried a few nothing seems to work ? my current upstream is 1020 Kbps and my download 16031 Kbps on ADLS
