Just want to thank Tyrone Yu, Technical Support Engineer for his outstanding service recently. We had an issue with our Deco M5 routers recently and Tyrone went above and beyond the call of duty to help us fix it. The initial help needed further information from our ISP provider. When we got it, it didn't work. We were able to contact Tyrone direct as he had sent us his details if we needed further help. We did need that help and were able to contact Tyrone again. He called us back as pre arranged, remembered us and was able to guide us patiently through the process. In short he followed through and helped us fix the problem.   I would recommend him highly and would definitely use him again.
