Please create the feature of turning off the DHCP Server when in Router Mode. Escalate this to your development team and fix this.
We dont want have access point mode when we want to mesh without DHCP on.

There is already a plan to support turning on/off smart DHCP on Access Point and for Deco M4 V2, a beta firmware is available for trial.
But so far, it is not planned to allow turning off the DHCP server under wireless router mode. Parental control/QOS and other advanced features need Deco to work as the DHCP server.
