Model: Archer T4U
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.20

Just bought the AC1300.

My adapter sometimes works, it connects, but then suddenly it doesn't.

If it works, it has good speed.

It is not clear why this happens.

Other wi-fi components work good on the router

Win 10

Installed the latest driver for

Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

Took the latest driver V3 from TP

I don't know what is the next step.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks!
AP

  @AnnePier1

I've tried the solution (Driver Realtek chipset)
Nothing changed. Same symptoms.

As I see that there are no reactions on my problem and also seeing a lot of others suffer similar problems, is this a product for the bin?

Really disappointed about the performance of this product that in my view should be plug and play

Hi, did you test whether it behaves the same on 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

I noticed you said "My adapter sometimes works, it connects, but then suddenly it doesn't", when it stopped working, do you need to unplug/plug the adapter back to restore the connection? or it will reconnect to wifi automatically?

If possible, it would help to test on a different computer to help us decide whether there is any wrong with the hardware.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
