AX73 WAN FTP Not Working

Model: Archer AX73

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20220316 rel.35540(5553)

I have set up FTP in the USB storage and enabled the WAN to connect, but it didn't seem to be able to use it externally.

I can connect it locally using LAN IP, please help.
